ulivi in PugliaWe are located in  Margherita di Savoia,a town of the  Ofanto Valley, a few kilometers from Cerignola, Canosa, Andria and the Gargano Promontory, an area important in terms of olive oil.

Apulia is without doubt the most important Italian olive-growing region, being at the  first place as regards the production of olives and olive oil, derived from over 50 million olive trees.

The elements that make it unique in the cultivation of olive trees in Puglia are: land, water and mild Mediterranean climate, with the majority of rainfall in autumn and drought in summer.

The lands  are mostly made up of limestone formations covered with a thin layer of red earth and its thickness determines the fertility and affect the choice of crops.
